AI in the business itself, not bolted on top
We don't sell you a tool. We build AI into the business lines you already run — by hand, one line at a time — and what we build keeps growing after we leave.
Where AI takes root
Customer acquisition
No lead waits, no lead leaks. AI grows into your acquisition funnel — qualifying and following up the moment a lead lands, so your budget goes to the people who'll actually buy.
Marketing & sales
Your best salesperson's playbook becomes the whole team's playbook. AI captures how your top people pitch, price and follow up, so every new hire starts from the best version — not from zero.
Delivery & operations
Order one and order one hundred run on the same system. AI takes root in scheduling, quality checks and follow-up — the work that repeats daily — so volume grows without headcount growing with it.
Data & decisions
Every line of business on the same page. Data scattered across tools and spreadsheets gets pulled together and read side by side, so you see the leaks and the upside you couldn't see before.
Read → Build → Grow
On-site diagnosis
We start inside your operation, not with a slide deck. Senior engineers sit with your leadership and walk the real workflows — where decisions flow, where value leaks, where it could compound.
Built by hand
The people who learned your business are the people who build the system. Process first, then AI built into it — you never explain your business twice.
Keeps growing
Delivery isn't the finish line. The system runs in your production environment every day — checking itself, improving itself. We leave; it keeps growing.
Engagement models
Project
A fixed-scope engagement from diagnosis to launch, delivered against milestones — what ships and when, agreed up front.
Residency
Engineers embedded in your company for a stretch, understanding and shipping at the same time. Built for changes that cut across business lines.
Advisory
A monthly retainer for direction, architecture and pace. Strategy that stays rooted in your business and grows with it.
It starts with an on-site diagnosis
Three days inside your company, walking the business as it really runs. You don't leave with a deck — you leave with a decision you can act on: what to build first, how, what it takes, how you'll know it worked, and what to leave alone for now.
- Before
One hour online
We agree on the problem that matters most, pick the 2–3 business lines to walk, book the people, and get read-only access to the systems.
- Day 1
Leadership
We go through goals, bottlenecks and the key numbers with you and your leadership, then walk the first business line end to end.
- Day 2
The front line
We shadow 3–4 key roles to see how the work actually happens — where it repeats, waits on people, or runs on memory. Where the setup allows and staff consent, S-tello Trace records the real trail.
- Day 3
The call
The morning turns what we saw into ranked opportunities; the afternoon readout gives you our conclusions face to face, and you decide in the room.
What you walk away with
- An AI opportunity map Where each line leaks and where AI can take root, ranked by value and difficulty — each backed by what we saw.
- What to grow first The first pilot: what it does, how success is measured, weeks to launch, and what it takes.
- A ruler Today's hours, cycle time and error rate for the chosen workflow — so after launch you can see exactly what changed.
- A don't-do list Where AI shouldn't go yet, and why. The detours you skip are often worth more than the projects you add.
- The written diagnosis Within 3 working days of the readout. The data and conclusions are yours from day one.
What we need from you
- One person who can decide — in the room on Day 1 morning and Day 3 afternoon
- 3–4 people in key roles, 1–2 hours of shadowing each
- Read-only access to the relevant systems, plus recent reports, sheets or tickets
After the diagnosis, any of three paths
- Build it
- Move into the custom build — scope and quote are already on the table from the readout.
- Run it yourself
- Your team takes the diagnosis and drives it. It is written for the people who execute.
- Not now
- If it isn't worth doing, we'll say so at the readout.
Pricing, up front
On-site diagnosis
Travel outside Shenzhen billed at cost
Three days inside your operation. You leave with a grounded read on where AI can grow and what to build first.
Online consulting
Not ready for on-site? Talk one problem through, live.
Custom build
After the diagnosis, scope and cost go on the table before we quote.
Before we start, you probably want to know
How are you different from consultants or an outsourcing firm?
Consultants hand you a deck; outsourcers hand you code. We cover the part in between: engineers who learn your business, build AI into it with their own hands, and stay accountable for the result. What you keep isn't a report to digest — it's a capability grown inside your own company.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is public: the on-site diagnosis is ¥29,800 for 3 days, online consulting is ¥888 per hour, and custom builds are quoted by scope — the diagnosis puts scope and cost on the table, so you never pay for something vague.
Do you work remotely, or only on-site?
Both — the format follows the problem. Deep organizational work moves fastest with engineers in your building; well-scoped delivery runs fine remotely. Either way, we learn how your business actually works before we build.
How long does an engagement take?
The first production system ships in weeks, not quarters. An on-site diagnosis gives you a direction within days; from there we get something live fast and grow it, rather than polishing one grand delivery nobody has seen running.
